the staff responded quickly when i had some difficulty with room keys. the location is excellent too. the breakfast is acceptable for what it is, and it seems a fair value for money.

the corridor to my room had A leak. A bucket was placed there for the first 24hrs before it could be fixed. the corridor smelled stale, as did my room upon entering.

the location opposite the beach was acceptable. (it was convenient, i'll give it that.)

The room had a significant problem with noise. i could hear external disturbances constantly and the staff seemed unconcerned. also, the breakfast buffet wasn't worth it. The hot food wasn't hot and the coffee was cold.

the location is excellent. it is right across the road from the beach. everything i wanted to see was within walking distance (convenient indeed!). the bed was super comfy, and the pillows were like clouds. the large bathtub was a treat.

the room hygiene could have been better. the air conditioning filters had not been cleaned in a while. the air quality was quite poor, so much so that i found it hard to breathe.
